VCR, our third party verification system allows you take make and store verbal contracts and conversations for later playback. Whether you're a sales force that needs to provide proof of sale to merchants, banks and law enforcement, or a professional that needs a copy of an important conversation, our infrastructure will support any business or personal need. VCR + Automatic Speech Recognition

Now used in conjunction with our pre-scripted verification method. ASR allows our system to recognize a "YES" or "NO" during customer responses and determines whether to restart a particular section of the script or move forward with it. This can reduce the time needed to listen to recordings for quality control purposes thus saving time and money. Please contact us about this new feature.

Multiple Recording Methods

Full agent walk through: This is the standard method of an agent reading the terms of the agreement to the customer step by step.

Pre Scripted with agent walk through: This is when our system plays a recorded script and the operator manually continues the recording after the acceptance of each term by the customer.

Automated IVR: Your client can be sent to an automated verification service where by the recording is completely automated to interact with the customer.

IVR + Speech Recognition: You can combine the Pre-Recorded IVR script with Speech Recognition to fully automate the verification process with or without agent monitoring or intervention. Please see above for more details. 

Security

Encryption: All links to your recordings through our web interface are encrypted with an MD5 Hash Algorithm. This ensures manual or automated attempts to retrieve recordings are not possible.

Deterants: Users of the interactive phone menu have a maximum of 3 attempts to enter a user account and a pin # for access to recordings. This is to guard against multiple attempts of manual or automatic brute force cracking attempts.

Access Methods: Separate PIN's are given to access the Recording and the Playback sections of each account. Your web interface credentials are also setup for separate access and can be changed at any time. This ensures access is given only to privileged parties while maintaining separate user roles.

Infrastructure: Our systems reside behind state of the art security hardware and software. All system usage is monitored and logged in the case of suspicious activity. Recordings are kept secure at all times from third party access unless requested by the client.

Compliance

FTC TSR: Our system is set up for compliance with the TSR (Telemarketing Sales Rule's) as published by the FTC. An unbiased third party recording service is required for companies that need to verify personal and financial information or make verbal contracts over the phone.
