Is Hosted Technology Secure?

Absolutely. Recent advances in VoIP and IP telephony have allowed us to introduce a secure cloud calling infrastructure. Voice packets can be encrypted with Secure Real Time Transport (SRTP). All data sent from your IP phones such as dialed numbers, connection requests and provisioning can be secured with a 128-bit SSL encryption (SIP/TLS). All VoIP phones purchased through VCCS include these features. Furthermore, a secure connection between your VIP-PBX and our VoIP platform is established for an additional layer of security.

Connectivity Options

Each of these setups are utilizing Voice over IP to connect over the internet to your Hosted VIP-PBX. This means there is no charge for the connection from the work station to the offsite IP-PBX which is used to route the calls to each employee.
